My home had A/C problems since last summer and recently with water heater tank problems. So our family saved some money to finally change the heating, A/C and the water tank all at once. Ayyaz went above and beyond to truly deserve this 5 star review!I will share my full experience here, so people can see why my family and friends will work with Ayyaz from now on for all our heating/cooling and car windows/detailing needs.PRICE - I first quoted with big companies like Reliance and Enercare, which gave me unreasonably high prices and kept pushing us to upgrade/lock us into 12 year-contract rentals and purchase equipment we do not need. So we went on to quote smaller companies. Ayyaz was one of the most reasonably priced quotes. There was one company that quoted a bit less than Ayyaz for the exact same equipment, BUT Ayyaz had a much better personality and was much more professional.Most importantly, the price he quoted me from the beginning was the price I actually paid at the end. Some companies quote you less than others at first, then nickel and dime you along the way. Ayyaz did not do any of that (if he did, this would have been a negative review =P).PRE-INSTALLATION - The other company that quoted less than Ayyaz never took the time to come to my home to inspect the equipment/vents etc. But Ayyaz came with his partner, really took the time to inspect everything. This gave me the confidence to choose his company over others.INSTALLATION DAY - Ayyaz arrived on time and I completely trusted him with my home while I went to work. The problem came when his partner had to leave early and they planned to finish the job the next day. But our home had burst pipes before (we lost a lot of money from rebuilding the whole garage due to all the wood and dry walls being completely soaked). My sister and I were really scared that without heating for the night, the pipes might burst again. We were told by the pipe guys before that we have to take extra precaution on the section that had burst pipes, as they are weaker and will have a higher tendency to burst again.After a few phone calls, Ayyaz came back with his partner to finish the job that night. We had the heat back, fresh hot water and didn't need to worry about the pipes. Our family was able to sleep that night. Thank you Ayyaz!POST-INSTALLATION - The removal of the old equipment and the warranty issues took much longer than expected. It dragged on for days, with a lot of calling and chasing people around in order to get things done, that were supposed to be part of the job. But it wasn't really Ayyaz's fault. His partner did not call the scrap guys as he promised, and then the scrap guys didn't come to take what they were supposed to. His partner also gave false information about the warranty and did not help with the registration as he promised. So lots of calling different equipment companies and chasing around for me to get the correct info to even register the proper warranty. But Ayyaz did help every step of the way and did everything he could. True 5 star service!!*Ayyaz was very professional throughout this job. He was always on time and always responsive through phone and text. If he says he'll be here at a certain time, he will be here. If not, he will call you and let you know. Other sales and technicians have often wasted my time by being very late, or just didn't show up with no prior notification.

Ayyaz is patient and guide us through what must be done. Definitely recommend him.

My parents used Ayyaz's services recently for an air conditioner situation. They found him very professional and pleasant. He explained the reasons for the breakdown in the AC and fixed it within the same visit.they. They were happy with his services and would recommend him.

First he guided me over the phone to troubleshoot some common problems so that I can save money, but when that didn't work he immediately came over to have a look. He is very reasonably priced and I highly recommend Ayyaz. He is now going to be my go-to hvac technician.
